International Customers

Due to the high cost of shipping products internationally, should you receive a damaged or defective product, J&B Distribution is not able to provide return shipping. Return shipping to J&B Distribution and all associated costs will be the financial responsibility of the customer.

Additionally, J&B Distribution sells products meant to be used on 120v AC / 60 Hz circuit in the USA.

Satisfaction Guarantee

All products offered by J&B Distribution are backed by our exclusive 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product, we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product less a 15% restocking fee or exchange the item. Please notify us within 30-days of your purchase date.

Exclusions, Restrictions, and Limitations
  • The original order shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be charged the cost including insurance of shipping the product to you.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance fees of returned items.
  • Your returned item must have a Return Authorization Number or it will be refused.
  • The product must be returned in like-new condition to receive a credit less restocking fee.
  • Like-New Condition: We charge an additional restocking fee when the returned item is not like new. Conditions that will lead to refused returns or additional restocking fees include:
    • No Return Authorization Number
    • Missing parts or the original packing material.
    • Damage because the item was improperly packaged for return shipment.
    • A different serial number than the one originally shipped by The Audio Legacy.
    • Obvious heavy use.
    • Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling.
  • We reserve the unrestricted right to refuse and/or cancel any order that it deems not to be in the best interest of the customer or the company.

    All returns require a Return Authorization number in order for our receiving department to accept the shipment. Items without an RA number will be not accepted and will be returned to the shipper.

    1. You may only return products purchased within the last 30 days.
    2. The item must be in Like-New condition and packaged properly in the original packing material. All manuals, accessories, and internal packing material must be included with your returned item. We cannot accept returns that aren't in the original factory carton. Incomplete or improperly packed items may incur an additional restocking fee.
    3. You are responsible for shipping and insurance charges for the original and return shipment.
    4. Call (908) 874-3799 or email to obtain an RA number. All returns require an RA number.
    5. Print the RA number on the return label attached to the box. Please do not write the RA number directly on the original factory carton.
    6. Include a note in the box with your original billing name and address, the RA number, and the reason for your return.
    7. We strongly recommend shipping your return via Fed EX or UPS and insuring the package. Please retain your tracking number. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. If the package is damaged or distressed we will refuse it and you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier to recover the insured amount of your package.
    8. We will provide you the return shipping address with your RA number request.
    9. We will process your return within 10 days of receipt of your item at our facilities.
    10. We will either issue a credit to the original purchase credit card number or issue a check, depending on the payment method.

    One-time use and Special Order Items are Not Returnable.

    Damaged or Defective Product

    If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product please contact us within 48 hours at (908) 874-3799 or or email and we will begin the return or replacement process. We have a couple different ways of handling returns based upon the product you purchased.

    We will not send out a replacement product until the original (damaged, defective, or returned product) has been received. Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt at our warehouse for processing.

    Not Returnable Items

    One-time use and Special Order Items are Not Returnable. Items like fluids, alignment tools, timers, brushes, etc. are non-refundable. Special order items are also non-refundable.
